What to Expect When Boarding Your Pet

We understand that for some pets, especially first-timers, boarding can be stressful. We’ll do everything we can to make your loved one feel comfortable and well cared for during their stay with us.  All boarding dogs are walked 4 times a day, so they receive plenty of exercise and attention. For the safety of each of our guests, we keep everyone separated at all times. In addition to looking after your pet’s activity level, our staff members are available to administer daily or as-needed medications. In the event of an emergency, your pet has immediate access to a skilled and compassionate veterinary team.

How to Prepare for Your Pet’s Boarding Stay

We’re always happy to provide food, bedding, and TLC during your pet’s boarding stay. However, you may want to bring items from home for their complete comfort and health:

  • Their regular food–especially if your pet is on a special diet.
  • Bedding taken from home will smell familiar and comforting to your pet, so be sure to bring along their favorite. Please understand, though, it may become soiled.
  • Include written instructions for your pet’s food and medications (if they have any).

We look forward to caring for your four-legged friend in your absence! Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
